Terms of Sale

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the relationship between LPP SAS ("the Seller") and any private individual making a purchase on palett.fr ("the Customer").

Article 3. Products and Prices

Prices are listed in euros, taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Offers are valid while stocks last.

Article 4. Order and Payment

The order is final once payment is accepted. Accepted payment methods: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay. Transactions are secured to PCI DSS standards.

Article 6. Right of Withdrawal

14 days from receipt (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Notify us at info@palett.fr. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility. Refund within 14 days.

Article 7. Legal Warranties

Warranty of conformity (Article L.217-3 of the French Consumer Code, 2 years) and warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, 2 years).
