Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Your orders are prepared and shipped within 48 business hours. All shipments go out via FedEx, with tracking. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Delivery times
France & Europe: 2 to 4 business days after shipping.
International: 5 to 10 business days depending on destination.
Timelines start from the shipping date and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping fees
Free shipping on orders over 30 € to France, and over 40 € to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Below these thresholds, and for other destinations, fees are calculated by country and shown at checkout.
France: from 3.95 € for pickup point delivery, 5.90 € for home delivery.

Order tracking
Every order ships with tracking. The tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your package leaves our studio.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind. The clip must be returned unworn, intact, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and check your return, you'll be refunded within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
